KidLead: KidLead supports ethical leadership programs (LeadNow) for youth aged 10~13 and teens 14~18 (LeadWell). Rose and Dayton are certified trainers of KidLead Programs and collaborate with KidLead Author and Founder, Alan Nelson, to deliver leadership seminars and leadership camps.

Dayton serves as Past-President for The Rotary Club of Monterey International. Dayton volunteered abroad for projects in Guatemala and Belize and also led the GSE (Group Study Exchange) Team for a 4-week exchange to Brazil in April~May 2010.
