How DHC GrewSeeds of DHC were planted in 2006 when Dayton returned to the US from Tokyo, Japan after eight years of designing and delivering leadership programs for international clients from 40+ countries.
Dayton launched DHC in Monterey, California with business partner, Rose Pucan-Meagor. Together, DHC partners built the foundation of leadership programs that continue to resonate with clients from all over the world. DHC leverages a deep-seeded passion for developing emerging leaders and empowering them to strengthen a "tribal culture". Dayton believes in the power of honoring our "naturally wild" self. By expressing authenticity in leadership we fully develop our human capacity...and we thrive! |
