Dayton leverages his career in higher education admissions and career advising to coach high school-aged and "gap year" emerging leaders to achieve greater clarity and purpose. The focus is on preparation for success as we explore a world of opportunity. Together, we develop smart plans to grow with the young person's authentic self. Well-coached clients emerge more competent, confident and capable.

Group Leadership DevelopmentDHC programs see best results by engaging participants over a span of time to ensure positive new habits are formed and established as healthy best practices.
DHC creates purpose-driven programs to engage your emerging leaders to shape healthy growth and leadership communication strategies. Programs typically begin with a half-day group learning event and continue with follow-up workshops for teams and coaching sessions for individuals. Trust-building, EQ and Mindful Communication practices are highlighted; and they are especially critical to master in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

TribeBuilding & VisioningDHC partners with your organization’s senior leadership to design upbeat and effective teambuilding sessions to shape a healthy tribal culture. Mission, vision and values sessions often set the foundation for the sessions. Themes that resonate create the sense of tribal identity.
